What we experience as our reality or life works very much on the same principle as when looking in a mirror. It is a reflection. Not so much of our physical, but more of our thoughts, emotions and beliefs.
Have you ever looked around or maybe even experienced it yourself that when you are in a happy space and place within yourself, the world around you feels absolutely amazing?
The best part is that when you feel this great, you don’t even recognise things that might not be so ‘happy’. You are so tuned into that happy feeling energy that you only see happiness wherever you go.
The opposite is also true. When you are not so happy inside, it’s not so happy on the outside.
Our reality or experience on the outside is a pretty good ‘mirror’, allowing us to see how we have been spending our thoughts. Our thoughts ultimately generate an emotion which emits an energy and creates a belief.
We emit energy all day and every day through our thoughts, emotions and beliefs. This energy impacts what we experience in our external world and defines what unfolds in our experience, as energies of the same vibration attract.
This is a spiritual law: As within so without.
It’s a given, whether you are consciously aware of what you are thinking or not, we create by thoughts, emotions and beliefs about ourselves, people and the world around us.
If our thoughts, emotions and beliefs impact what we get to live, you get a sense of feeling; ‘well then I really need to start paying attention to what I think, feel and believe’.
And I’ll say, ‘I second that’.
Happiness truly is a choice. If you have to wait for your reality to change in order for you to be happy, you don’t know how long you’ll have to wait. It can be tomorrow, in a year, a lifetime etc. This will make you feel disempowered.
BUT if you choose to be happy because being happy feels good, and you value yourself enough to acknowledge that you deserve happiness, an interesting thing starts to happen. It’s like you start looking around for things to be happy about because it feels good to feel good. Now, you’ve become intentional in your creation.
Appreciation and being in a state of gratitude bring about a feeling of being happy. When we emit an energy of appreciation and gratitude, our reality starts bringing forward more to appreciate and be grateful for. As within so without.
Our perspective on life through our thoughts, emotions and beliefs can make all the difference in how we experience life.
If you find old beliefs, conditioning and experiences impacting your feelings of happiness, you have the opportunity to re-evaluate and choose differently. By doing so, you get to evolve. You will be able to leave lower vibrations behind, clear away old energies you’ve outgrown and gain clarity of who you choose to be moving forward.
