There’s a realisation that has been unfolding within me over the last few months — one that feels less like a discovery and more like a remembering. The understanding that we choose the human form because we are passionate about the experience of guiding ourselves into the greatest version of who we choose to be.

What better way to explore that than by briefly “exchanging” the role of the fully aware soul for the apparently asleep human? This partnership between the awakened and the asleep self is co-crafted through the magical power of CHOICE.

We are offered extreme polarity here on Earth. Each of us gets to experience creation through the choices we make between these two ends of the spectrum. Through this dance, we come to know ourselves.

What you make of your experience is entirely up to you — your joy, your curiosity, your satisfaction. It is all part of the self you are shaping.

But there is one thing we tend to forget:
Other people will unavoidably contribute to our experience of self.

And that is where conditioning enters our story.

Conditioning: The Mirror, Not the Master

Conditioning is often described as powerful, but I’ve come to see that its power is not genetic. Its influence comes from the power we give it.

Conditioning was never meant to be a script we copy and paste into our lives. It was meant to be observed — a reference point, not a rulebook. A way to be exposed to all the possible options available, so we can choose what aligns with our truth.

Where many of us get confused is in adopting someone else’s truth as our own. Even if their truth looks similar to ours, it still has to be chosen from within us. It must be understood, integrated, and aligned with our own inner knowing.

Others are not here to characterise us.
They are here to hold space — to offer awareness, options, and variety.

What we do with that awareness is the gift we give ourselves.

Even when we abandon our own truth to adopt someone else’s, it is still part of the journey. It still teaches. It still shapes. It still contributes to the unfolding of self.

There is no deadline. No urgency.
This journey is infinite — we cannot get it wrong.

The Dance of Polarity and Choice

This entire dance between forgetting and remembering, between conditioning and truth, between limitation and expansion, holds the greatest gift of all:

Accessing the truth of who we are.
We are whole.
We are infinite.
We are uniquely complete.

Sometimes we crave the awareness of our limitless self — the version of us that is not restricted by the human experience. But the truth is, we are never actually restricted. The only limitation is how much of our own truth exists in the true self we allow into our human expression.

Living from the fullness of who we are can feel overwhelming at first. We’ve been conditioned to show only the parts of ourselves we believe will be accepted.

So naturally, the question arises:
What happens if I show all of myself, and the hidden parts are not accepted?

The most beautiful realisation is this:
The part of you waiting for acceptance has never been waiting for others.
It has been waiting for you.

The Freedom of Allowing All of You

No one else is restricting you.
No one else is holding you back.
The only barriers are the ones you’ve agreed to carry.

When you allow yourself to see this, the true coming home begins. Awareness becomes integration. Truth becomes embodiment. And the light and darkness within you stop being polarities — they become partners.

This is the balance we create as we awaken to ourselves.
This is the gift of being human.
This is the gift to self.

With love and awareness,
Babetza
